Our holiday cottages have central heating throughout, double glazed windows, travertine flooring, oak furniture, TVs, Hi-Fi, and wood burners. The onsite leisure facilities are open all year round, making Combrew the ideal destination whatever time of year you decide to visit. Stair gates are fitted in each cottage ( except single storey Courtyard Cottage ) and cots and high chairs are available upon request.

Combrew Farm Cottages are located in Bickington, just two miles from Barnstaple and a few minutes drive to the lovely sandy beach at Instow. Guests at Combrew really do have the best of both worlds – the peace and quiet of the countryside, but with the amenities and entertainment facilities of the nearby towns.
One of the country's longest traffic-free walking and cycling paths, the Tarka Trail, is just on the doorstep, so why not hire one of our bikes for the day? Head to Fremington Quay Café for a cream tea, or continue along the trail to Instow where you’ll find a fantastic sandy beach surrounded by great pubs and a famous Hocking’s ice cream van.

Book Early to Avoid Disappointment

Due to the popularity of our holiday cottages, we tend to book up very quickly, especially in high season. If Combrew sounds like your ultimate holiday destination then we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to secure your dates.

Bookings made for the following year require a small deposit of just £100 per cottage per week to reserve the dates of your choice. We are always happy to quote further in advance if required - some of our guests book two or more years in advance to ensure that their chosen cottages are secured for a special occasion!
