The Tarka Trail can be accessed at nearby Fremington Quay, less than a mile away and is 180 miles of walking and cycling trails in a figure-of-eight based on Barnstaple, the Tarka Trail takes in all the beauty of North Devon. A stretch of the route makes use of the Tarka Line railway.
