Fully equipped with all home comforts, this 2 bedroom cottage is a wonderful destination for a romantic break, or a holiday with the children at any time of year.

Details: Courtyard Cottage is an attractive single-story stone cottage, which is highly convenient for guests with limited mobility. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 4 guests comfortably. Beautifully restored and fully equipped to a very high standard, it offers you a luxurious, relaxing base for a break in North Devon at any time of year. In the summer, you can sit outside in the sunny paved private garden, and in the winter, the central heating and warm glow of the wood-burning stove will keep you cosy and contented. The contemporary oak kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect in a self-catering holiday cottage, including: a fan oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, drier, and dishwasher, as well as a large dining table and an LCD television. The lovely comfortable sitting room boasts a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace with a warming wood burning stove. There is also a 37" LED TV with DVD player and surround sound system in the lounge to keep the whole family entertained! The master bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, a television, and an en-suite bathroom with an invigorating power shower over the large shower bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, equipped with a power shower, hand basin and WC. We can’t wait to welcome you to the delights of Courtyard Cottage!

This cottage enjoys lovely views from the master bedroom and is very popular with families with young children (cots are available upon request). Up to two well behaved pets are welcome in this cottage.

Details: A firm favourite with couples and families, this well-proportioned cottage enjoys a contemporary and spacious interior, as well as a sunny and secluded private patio garden. Built from cob in a traditional Devon style, Tuckers Retreat is an idyllic rural haven where you can escape from the busy outside world. The cottage has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and can sleep a maximum of 4 guests. Downstairs, there is a light and airy fitted kitchen/dining room which is equipped with all the usual modern appliances, including: a fan oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer drier. From here, a door leads out to the enclosed private patio garden with a table, chairs, and a sunshade. In the lounge there is a sumptuous sofa and comfortable chairs which are centred around a traditional stone fireplace and wood-burning stove. Unwind beside the crackling fire as you settle down to watch the 42" LED TV and DVD player. Venture upstairs, and you will discover two elegant bedrooms, both of which are fully furnished. The master bedroom, which has splendid views of the garden, boasts a comfortable king-size four-poster bed, a 32” LED TV, and its own luxury ensuite shower room. In here, you’ll find a refreshing 'air boost' power shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds. There is also a fully fitted bathroom which has a rejuvenating power shower to give you a great start to the day.
